Ivie Bud Reset

I have an Ivie Bud which has been working fine but recently my smart meter stopped working and was replaced. I can’t find out how to reconnect the Ivie Bud to the new meter. Anyone know if this is possible?

It should be possible, but you might need to contact Ivie and ask them to do it for you.

Is there anything useful on Ivie's website?
