Weekends/bank holidays- responding to letter of claim

Hi, I previously posted about a letter of claim I received from DCB Legal, the advice was to send the template response at the end of 30 days.
My question is however, how should I factor in the upcoming bank holiday/weekend? It is 30 days on Saturday, is it fine to send the email on a weekend? If not, does the same apply to the Bank Holiday tomorrow? Thanks.
