I have a disposal hearing in February. I have applied for the Executors to be removed . They have failed to administrate the estate correctly after probate was granted . They both received the claim via registered post ,proof of which was gained. They failed to respond within 14 days . Again they have been sent notice of the disposal hearing, proof of delivery will be needed . Failure to respond , will mean no evidence or statements will be accepted on the day of the hearing from them . I fully expect to be successful in the claim .0
