Octopus - how to switch to Loyal Octopus tariff?

Hi,
been with Octopus since March 2024. On my most recent bill it says that I could save money by switching to Loyal Octopus 12M fixed for electricity.
But I can't find any info about this tariff anywhere. Currently on Octopus 12M Fixed July 2024 v1. When I click on 'change tariff', the Loyal octopus is not listed as an option. It only shows FlexibleOctopus and OctopusFixed 12M (both of those are more expensive than my existing tariff). So how do I find out the prices of the Loyal tariff and how do I change to it?
Any ideas where to find the exact prices (units/ standing charges, exit fees)? For a company that supposed to be customer friendly they're making the info hard to find...
Thanks!

They add to the name after switching, when I moved to fix on gas, the name didnt have loyal, but now shows it after switching.

That makes no sense though, on the bill it says that I would save money by changing to Loyal fixed tariff, yet the only fixed tariff that I can see is quite a bit more expensive...

The 'Loyal' tariffs seem to have disappeared at the moment as far as I can see.  It could well be that your fix from July is cheaper than the more recent fixes.  The Loyal versions they had in the past couple of months were only fractionally cheaper than the non-Loyal versions.

There was only a miniscule fraction of a penny per kWh difference between loyal and standard.

Current tariff listing no mention of Loyal 12 month

April has seen 4 versions, current version ( back to) no2 looks dearer than  Octopus 12M Fixed July 2024 v1.

Doesn't explain why my bill (issued 2 days ago) states that I would save money by changing tariff. Unless the Loyal tariff was removed in the past day or two...

Information on bill must have related to a version NLA now, probably related prior to 2 days ago.

There was a time-limited tariff that had the best rates, I think, which quickly disappeared...

https://octopus.energy/tariffs/ gives the latest tariffs, just put postcode in and then hit filter and click on domestic tariffs....

There's not been a Loyal fix since April 2025 V2, which ran alongside the regular V2 fix. (Released on 07Apr, but can't remember when it was withdrawn.)

We've had a few other regular fixes since then, and that fix is back to V2, but no Loyal fix showing.

Wonder if there should be, and they've just messed up the info on the website.

I'd have a look at the regular Octopus 12M fix April 2025 V2.

If that's better than your current tariff, I'd contact them and ask about the Loyal fix. It was only a teeny teeny smidge better, but you can see if it's worth it by looking at the regular fix.
