CCJ sent to old address

Hi guys. I went to check my credit score last week and found there was a CCJ on my file since 10/03/25. It turned out it was for a parking fine £291. I contacted gladstone and they sent me an evidence pack. It has my old address on it so it explains why I never knew about it. Fine was issued on 15th of Jan 24. Some time…

No it's not too late because your application is under CPR 13.2 (mandatory set aside) however some judges wouldn't be impressed with this significant delay.

Also I have no time this week to even look at your WS. I haven't read it (sorry). If it doesn't major on VCS v Carr then search the forum for newer ones posted this Summer on CCJ threads. Change results to show NEWEST.
