Problem logging in to Shawbrook

I know I know i shouldn’t have money left in Shawbrook but trying to log in to move out log in screen going round in circles.  Anyone else having problems?

I’ve just logged in fine with no issues

I just checked at 4:28pm and I could log in fine.

Ok thanks , I’ll try tomorrow, another problem not having an app do have to fire up PC

I still couldn’t log in via Firefox but switching to a different browser worked in case anyone else uses Firefox

You can use tablet or phone via their website

I've had this problem for days.  I use Firefox and in the end I tried Chrome and it works on that.

Yes I still can’t log in via Firefox

FWIW I've just now logged in with Firefox - no issues.

This is, however, a brand new unadulterated Firefox install.

If you have any add-ons/extensions/pop-up blockers etc, it may be worth trying with those disabled.

Just a thought...
