Has anyone received confirmation of their BG account so we can switch. Said 5 working days but it's been over that. I'm on E7 but they're charging me single rate at present. Night tarrif reading has disappeared from smart meter.

    Call BG who activated account, which is currently set up on single rate tarrif. Sent readings for both tarrifs and they are supposedly changing to E7 once account fully set up (Bank holiday delaying this). I'm definitely only being charged on T1 - not switching to T2 overnight. Hope they fix it soon.
