From 1 July 2025 the Everyday Extra account monthly subscription fee will increase by £3.00 from £15.00 to £18.00 |
Everyday Extra account benefits |
Everyday Extra account allows you to benefit from RAC UK and European Breakdown Cover, AXA Worldwide Family Travel Insurance and Mobile Phone Insurance. |
Why the fee is increasing |
The fee has been £15.00 since July 2017. We have kept it at this amount for as long as we could, but over this period the cost of providing insurance has risen significantly. This means we now need to adjust the fee to ensure that we can continue to offer the same level of cover that you benefit from today. |
Please review your individual circumstances to ensure this account still meets your needs |
If you do not agree to the fee increase, you can ask us, at any time, to convert your account to a current account that doesn’t have a monthly fee, but you will no longer have access to the benefits of the Everyday Extra account. |
You can switch to another current account provider or close your account at any time before the 1 July 2025. We won’t charge you for closing your account, but you’ll need to repay any charges for using the account, such as overdraft or payment charges, and overdraft interest. |
If you want to continue to benefit from your account, there is nothing you need to do. If you do not convert or close your account, before this time we will assume you have accepted the change and will begin taking the new fee from 1 July 2025. |
