Hello,
Just another "No Stopping Gateway House Piccadilly" victim here...
Wrongly or rightly, I've ignored every letter thus far and I've just received a Letter of Claim, stating that I owe £170.
I believe the first step is to just email Moorside with the template on the newbie thread starting "I refer to your your letter of claim." ?
However, after reviewing the road on google map street view, I'm worried the signage might actually be deemed sufficient if it went to court. Looking back, I can't believe I missed it...
I'm also due to move house in the next couple of months so I'm worried they might end up sending a court summons to an old address. Any advice on how to tackle a house move mid scam battle?
Thanks!

If you redirect your mail at the time and email all parties with your new address you will have covered yourself.
Google "Gateway House UKCPS court claim" and see if you can find one, because I can't.
Location seems to be a nice little earner and they don't want to lose a court case and put it in jeopardy.

I can, as I mentioned recently in the thread, expect hundreds of claims over the next year from Moorside Legal on behalf of UKCPS

Regardless, you wont receive a summons because its not a criminal matter, just a civil dispute
Plenty of signage pictures and other information in threads like the AgentSmith case and others
