Parking ticket help

Hi, I have gotten a couple of tickets both by euro cark parks that have been taken on by dcbl, they were at two different locations, one was at a leisure centre, I have contacted them but they say they can’t do anything as the don’t own the land but the council do so I guess that’s a dead end. Also the other ones a retail park that I received what I think is a claims form, I have attached it to confirm. So couple of questions one should I still try contacting the retail park, or is it too late also the fact is that I am not the owner of the car and the owner of the car won’t be able to go to court if it comes to it because there inability to speak English, I am related to them. So what do you suggest on that end. I have read the newbies form and will continue to follow but just wanted to ask these questions

    Yes - claim form.

See the second post of the NEWBIES thread and the keeper must acknowledge, then defend.

Thanks for the reply, can you assist me with the fact that the owner of the vehicle cannot speak English, and if it goes to a hearing am I allowed to be there with them? And when I send of the address do I do it as the keeper themselves

You do everything as the keeper. You can do the admin but it is their case, their name, their signature.

You can accompany the Defendant to the hearing if there is one, and you can speak for them.

also if i do have time here is the defence is have drafted

    3.  Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on 08/07/2023" (the date of the alleged visit).  Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms.  The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

3.1 The defendant’s vehicle was there as a legitimate customer at one of the shops at Gateway Retail Park Becton. The Vehicle entered the car park at a time when the allowed time was 3 hours. The stay did not exceed that time. The signs are unclear as the permitted time changes to 30 minutes after 11 pm. As the vehicle entered before 11 pm, when the permitted time was 3 hours, the car stayed longer than 30 minutes but less than 3 hours. The signs are indistinguishable in the retail park; they are hardly visible at night. Due to the lack of clarity caused by unclear signage and poor visibility, and the fact that the vehicle was there for legitimate purposes, I reject all the POC by the defendant.

    Yes. Just.

But chop the entire bottom half (or more) off the Template Defence (and remove the headings & the statement of truth) and put it - maybe just the first ten paragraphs of they will fit the box - in on MCOL 'start defence'.

Do that instead of email, due to the deadline.

    Make sure you hit 'SUBMIT'.

I am for some reason unable to login to the MCOL, to find out what i was able to fit in. However just for an update I was meant to send back the N180 by the 7th i have sent it back today on the 6th even though its a sunday. Seem to always leave it last minute.

Also I have had another claim made against me, this consists of two tickets, and they are trying to scam £500! out of me, should i tag it in here or on another new post
