I missed my dcb legal parking charge mediation phonecall despite waiting in all day. I have read the 12 steps and have been following the process. Where I live signal is patchy today it is zero and so I missed it. I didn't realise this until they sent an email. I replied explaining the situation but have had no response. I am worried they will inform the court and they will automatically rule in the parking pirates favour?
I have searched for similar threads without success. 

Advice or links would be appreciated. I have a full defence and confident of victory if this phone call hadn't have been missed.

Thanks. I have read that missing it can mean automatic award to the other side which is why I was frustrated after all the battle so far. Thanks for the reassuring words.

Scumbags have sent the letter the week they have to pay the court fees saying they are closing the case. 
Thanks to the advice on here another fraudulent ticket is finally binned after over a year of harassment. 
Well done everyone on here who has reassured and handed out advice.

🥳 Great news. Unfair you had to endure over a year of harassment and pathetic the MoJ continues to allow DCB Legal to file court claims then discontinue just before they need to pay the court fees.
