    WS cannot go as a Word doc!

    Obviously it had to be saved as a PDF once signed & dated or it would be editable by the recipients. A court submission can't be editable. Send it again by tomorrow as a PDF.

    Show us the discontinuance attachent when DCB Legal email it over.

    It's all done. At least I sent stuff today. Absolutely nothing from DCB Ltd.

    I was a bit cheeky and kept in the clause about paralegals and sent that email I received. Honestly don't know it I got it all right. Used the fact they had no clause in their T&C's as to what to do in the event of a non-working machine, not clear enough signage at entrance, the Bevis sign, "reasonable adjustment" for disability. Also, whilst disabled parking sign says tarrifs apply, it also only says a PCN for £100 for not displaying the Blue Badge.

    Honestly, all this stress for a 70p ticket I attempted to but couldn't purchase.

    Just so you know, you can do save as in Word, then choose pdf instead of docx, and publish it as a pdf document , its that simple, or you can upload a document to various websites which will convert it to a pdf, then download the pdf and save it. ( no scans, no photographs either. )

    Probably an app can assist you, or an online conversion site, like i mentioned

    A tablet or Ipad or laptop makes it easier though

    Ok, had an email about them discontinuing, the N279 is lodged with the court but despite saying they "enclosed" a copy for my records, there was nothing attached.

    I have emailed back requesting it be attached by return, but nothing as yet. Just phoning the court to see if it has been lodged with them.
