Witness Statement deadline is 4pm Thursday. I have received nothing from the Claimant. 
When it says send in to both court and Claimant do they need to both be physical copies to each?
Sorry, I am very ill and under huge amounts of stress due to other things at the moment and I may have not read correctly, so I am sorry if the answer is glaringly obvious.

Email is fine, normal practice,  but keep your WS plus Exhibits bundle pdf document to under 50 pages

Attach it to your email to both destinations 

But keep checking your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document 

Have they paid the hearing fee. ?  Or not. ?

Email to your local court, with DCB Legal copied in. No worries.

Show us your draft WS and exhibits.
Did you admit to driving in an appeal years ago or in the defence last year? If not, use Excel v Smith and VCS v Edward.

Check your emails first as DCB Legal will email the Discontinuance.

Thank you both. As far as I am aware, no. Checked MCOL nothing further other than it's with local court. Have had no information from either to find out if fee paid. It's due on 5th Feb.

Phone the court on the day after, unless you’ve received a discontinuance beforehand.

Had a courtesy letter from the court reminding about Thursday's deadline and that the Claimant needs to pay the fees by 5th Feb, so they haven't as yet.

Ok finishing my WS today. Checked emails and spam, nothing as yet. Not WS from them.

May need to ask some questions during the day and will post up WS in due course. Yes I did admit to driving initially so have remained honest with that.

Any pointers with what to include, gratefully appreciated.

Emailed something. No idea if it's right. Pdf document only had pics and some several on page. WS went as a word doc.

See them in court then. I really have not had time for this. Sent at 3.59pm. Very sick dog, partner in AUDHD meltdown, brother in a home with social services going crazy and my blood pressure is bad due to incorrect medication and stress.

Personally they can all go do one.
