Hi,
So I had a vague idea about this forum and fighting the PCN I was given but long story short with a newborn and everything I have been extra stressed and not got round to actually going through this site properly... The current situation is:
I received a PCN from Excel parking at John Lennon Liverpool Airport for they state "dropping off in a no stop zone" however I stopped due to pedestrians on a zebra crossing and my passengers jumped out. I appealed through IAS and of course lost (although evidence shows the zebra crossing situation). I did say I was the driver.
I have received two letters for £170 from DCBL, most recent being the final reminder one. I called them when I got the first one to say I will take it to court and the worker gave advice to not try that.
I realise the advice is to not call or say the driver but I am past that part now.. So from what I have gathered, they are not bailiffs so I should just leave it be at this point? Until the letters change?
Thanks in advance

Yes, ignore powerless debt collectors letters from DCBL , DCB LTD
VCS issue pcns at airports, not Excel
Do not ignore a letter of claim giving 30 days notice, especially from VCS ( not Excel Parking at JLA, but from their sister company VCS ) or DCB Legal either
Do not ignore an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
Do read the recent Bristol airport threads where similar cases were issued3
