Credit Lock Experian

Hello
Due to a data breach at my work I was offered Experian Plus free of charge. I had applied the credit lock to my account. It was offered for a year. This has now expired and I am not sure if the credit lock is automatically released or stays in place? I cannot access the account fully without applying for a free trial? It does have an account number and recognise that I did previously have an account. Appreciate any help anyone can give on this.
Many thanks.

I was in a similar situation. I assume the Credit Lock was automatically removed because I've taken out credit agreements recently and have not faced any issues.0
