Please add the POPLA Decision to the sticky thread cunningly called 'POPLA Decisions'(!) but only by adding a link to this thread, stating which PPC you beat and (please) firstly insert TEN paragraph breaks to break up POPLA's wall of text, which is unreadable in a post.
