Irrespective of the dodgy maths, it seems fairly unwise to keep a house deposit that will be used in the next year or two in equities.

Why is everything a personal sob story rather than a factual explanation of why it wasn't a good idea these days. Never been aa good idea to speculate with money that's required at short notice.

Not quite, they have shifted reporting to The Ghost of Diana. 

They have a number of Mediums on retainer so that Her opinion can be sought on important matters of the day (usually whatever Meghan did yesterday).

The press have a lot to answer for as it just causes panic….probably their intention. The Express, Mirror, Mail etc are incredibly poor, but I guess anyone who reads that stuff and actually believes it only has themselves to blame.
