OVO Energy

This is THE WORST energy supplier in the UK. I swapped from Octopus with the promise of boiler cover 1/2 price for 6 months included with my energy. The boiler cover was not set up and after about at least 10 length calls to OVO it still was not resolved. I have been to the energy ombudsman. In one of the calls I was told by a manager to "have a nice rest of your day whatever you are doing like watching television"!!!!!! I work full time and the countless hours I spent arguing with them should have been compensated for, however they were not. I them was told my energy usage was slightly higher than they expected and they tried to hike my bill up by £36 even though It was only £3 in debit. Every time you ring up the person you speak to can never sort your issue. You get passed around from person to person, no one cares and they expect you to spend countless hours on the phone. Which is ridiculous. I made an appointment with an agent for a call and took time off work - the agent never called and I received a message the next day saying - "oh sorry we were busy", even though it had been arranged the previous week. Don't switch to Ovo its just a catalogue of errors and the staff are beyond useless and the managers rude and no one gives a damn.
