Two estates - one conveyancer?

My father and grandmother both passed away in 2023 (a few months apart). They owned a house together in unequal shares. My brother and I are the executors in respect of our late father’s estate. Our paternal aunt is the personal representative for our grandmothers estate. We do not speak to our aunt so all dealings are through her useless solicitor. We have already been through a dispute concerning gran’s will and now our aunt is insisting that we use her firm of solicitors for the conveyancing. We do not want to use them as they have proven to be slow and incorrect on a number of things. Do all parties have to agree on using the same conveyancer or can we have a solicitor acting for each estate. For clarity, we want everyone to use the same conveyancer but an entirely neutral firm with no ties to either party.
