Good Energy Shares suspension

Good Energy has recently got a new owner Esyasoft - and now my holdings of Good Energy shares no longer appear on my Computershare portfolio, as Good Energy is suspended from the stock market. What happens next? I've not had shared suspended before.

The company has been taken over. You will receive £4.90 per share which should be paid within 2 weeks of the takeover completing (which was on April 9th).

You didn't read the documents relating to this? It's an all cash purchase so some cash will be winging its way to you, latest 24/04, at 490p per share. There shouldn't be any dealing fees.

"Settlement of consideration

As set out in the Scheme Document, a Scheme Shareholder on the register of members of Good Energy at the Scheme Record Time, being 6.00 p.m. on 8 April 2025, is entitled to receive consideration as provided for in the Scheme Document.

Settlement of the consideration to which any Scheme Shareholder is entitled will be effected as provided for in the Scheme Document by no later than 24 April 2025."
