Hi all. Following on from the above post I received this letter and nothing else and need to file N180 today. Going to say we need to have the hearing. Is that OK. Are there any suggestion. Also what would should be the reason for requesting the hearing? Any help would be greatly appreciated in terms of best course of action.

    Thanks

Download the N180 DQ document pdf from the government website,  fill it in as explained in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  second post,  following steps 3 to 6 in the defence template thread at the top of the forum

Email it to the DQ email address as shown in the 8 steps, TODAY

    All sent re above.

A separate question regarding different matter. Regarding clean air zone Bristol  from few years ago, I forgot to pay but all correspondence went to old address. Few months ago I had a letter from Baillif at my new address asking for 300 pounds. I had been planning to raise with the council but today when I was not at home the bailiff turned up and demanded 500 pounds and clamped the car on my private driveway. Car value is £2500.

What is the best course of action available to me at thus stage. Thanks

Not a private parking matter so please try the FTLA parking forum website which may assist with CAZ problems too

You may need to try Sheila at bailiffadviceonline if its still going  ?

Yes all submitted. Let's hope for the best. Many thanks for your help!
Now it's in you are at step 4 or 5 of the steps in the Template Defence thread, so don't take your eye off the ball (and pleeease don't show us the first letters).
Just to add: a message for you and all drivers in your family: pleeease do the Public Consultation if you haven't done it yet.

    See this thread: -

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline! Just 2 weeks left but please don't rush it. You can do some then save it and come back to it as you have time.

And we understand that you may need some pointers.

I'm taking a closer look this week and we'll walk you through it. I should have all the first post 'how to respond to each question' advice ready by the end of this week.

There are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people won't think of/need focus. There won't be a template - the survey is for you to reply in your words - but we'll help everyone with what to focus on.
