Urgent help required Defending County Court Claim for M1 Services Parking fine

Hi all. Following on from the above post I received this letter and nothing else and need to file N180 today. Going to say we need to have the hearing. Is that OK. Are there any suggestion. Also what would should be the reason for requesting the hearing? Any help would be greatly appreciated in terms of best course of action.

A separate question regarding different matter. Regarding clean air zone Bristol  from few years ago, I forgot to pay but all correspondence went to old address. Few months ago I had a letter from Baillif at my new address asking for 300 pounds. I had been planning to raise with the council but today when I was not at home the bailiff turned up and demanded 500 pounds and clamped the car on my private driveway. Car value is £2500.

What is the best course of action available to me at thus stage. Thanks

Not a private parking matter so please try the FTLA parking forum website which may assist with CAZ problems too

Just FYI to close this point: filing TE7 & TE9 and providing a reasonable justification for needing the car will help bailiffs off the back and might reset the process. I followed this process and provided Bristol council an acknowledgment and they were able to pause the action by bailiffs.

I have been now given the mediation timeline and they suggested that not attending this would cause problem from me. Are there any tips for the points that I should make or ask at mediation? As always would really appreciate your help. Mediation date is set for tomorrow.
