Parking Control Management - Shaftsbury Road - E7 Notice 4th April

Dear friends. Please can someone help me with the following Parking Charge notice?
Is it compliant, how do I adapt a template letter, what should I keep and what should I leave out? Is it worth taking this all the way?
The circumstances behind this is highly contentious. There was a resident with a sign in his hand at the entrance stating all day parking for £5, and he said there has been no enforcement here so the residents let their spaces be used, and to pay only when you leave. When returning to the car about 2 hours later two private wardens took pictures of everyone's car and said this would arrive in the post. Absolutely shocking and unfair, but lessons learned here. However due to this being a private car park, I wish to know the chances to successfully contesting this. Do I need to go back and take pictures etc?

Wow. Here we go again. PPCs are doing whatever they like now. This reminds me of how things were 14 years ago.PCM were one of the worst clampers back in the day and now look at them!
Shaftesbury Road E7.
PLEASE go back quietly on foot a couple of times and film this. You need the evidence and that person must be connected or promised a bounty, because there would be no reason for a person to do this unless paid money.
He wasn't taking fivers so a reasonable person must conclude that he was paid by *someone else* to do this. Guess who?
Let's have photos. Let's get it in the press and evidence sent to the DVLA. You don't have dashcam footage of the person do you?
If anyone else can go and film them please please do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They were unfortunately only there during a wave of panic parking due to the overflow and massive queue in the opposite council car park. It seems they only only appear to cash in during times of heightened demand. I don't think I'll be able to go back there before the 14 days is up from date of notice. Any help would be appreciated for a first draft of the initial appeal letter. I'll have to take up the fraud separately but I don't have any photographic evidence of the collusion at the time.1

no dashcam footage unfortunately. I strongly belive the chap who was behind this is taking commission from the private parking wardens. Is their notice compliant or can we throw everything at them, in case they really don't have the authority to enforce on that land?1

But the 14 days means nothing. Read the first post of the NEWBIES thread. You aren't paying it so nobody cares about the 14 day bribe.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where are the signs in and around that "car park"?2

They are not "parking wardens" the are called attendants or staff at best. There is absolutely no way this templated NTK (I say that because it talks about the terms being "clearly stipulated by signage") when it isn't!I think you have been conned by someone charging a fiver to park and these dimwits are trying it on again, I cannot see even how the IAS could uphold this one.Note any photographic evidence you submit MUST be date stamped
.
Oh wait I have found a single solitary sign:1 -
... and you can clearly see that sign from the road! Hits sarcasm emoji.3
