Paypal Hacking advice

Hi, Looking for some advice if possible.
Recently i got hacked, they had access to my phone sim, emails and banks. They set up numerous accounts in my name, investing accounts, shopping accounts, business sim accounts, everything!
Due to them having access to my phone and emails they changed my passwords on everything and set up their details as the recovery. I then notified my phone and bank companies who then blocked my accounts and sent out new details.
However i forgot that i had an account still open with Paypal. Due to me not using this account it slipped my mind when i was rushing around trying to block everything.
The Hacker made 16 transactions on my Paypal Credit card totaling up to around £1800. I have tried to contact PayPal numerous times but i don't seem to be getting anywhere with them. Because the hacker had access to my details they are showing as authroised payments.
I have reported everything to action fraud however that just seems to put a report on file and that's it.
If someone could point me in the right direction to where i can go with this to get my money back, i would really appreciate it.

If you can't get into your account then you are looking at ringing them up.

Hi,
Thank you for your response, i have gained access to everything again and changed passwords and done security checks. So everything is fine that side... but i have already spoke to PayPal numerous times however the only thing they come back with is there's no unauthrosied transactions. I Just seem to be going round in a circle with them and not getting anything resolved0 -
Presumably Paypal's stance is that they're not liable for the cost of your account being hacked. I don't think they're legally liable, especially if it was an account you forgot about and transactions took place some time after your account was compromised.
Keep trying to contact them, but unless they have terms that say otherwise, I don't think there's an automatic liability on their part.1
