Moorside Legal - Letter of Claim

Hi..
I'm new to thus site but I'm hoping for some advice on how to handle a situation I am in with Moorside Legal.
On the 10th Dec 2022 I pulled into a parking area to drop off my disabled wife who needed to use the toilet in a costa coffee. There were no spaces and many cars just driving around and around. I therefore didn't park in a space and waited for my wife to return to the car. This took place at the Stay Peel Centre in Stockport (PCN ref OP486121). A few weeks later I received a parking fine of £100. Having read many reviews on this particular car park I have ignored all the letter but today I have received a rather official looking letter called a 'Letter of Claim' which is threatening a CCJ if I don't pay. What should I do now? And could this actually result in a court claim and CCJ?
Many thanks
Charlie

Welcome!
Read the second post of the NEWBIES thread. All your questions are answered. We don't put anyone at a risk of a CCJ. But we do fight court claims very well indeed!
Which PPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No CCJ if you comply with the process1
