Thanks. I think the credit goes to the ones advising on the forum, and putting up the templates together. I only stitched everything together and added small bits of my case, and stuck it out ignoring the calls from DCBL.

No I did not get a chance thinking of submitting the WS at the last minute

I seem to be missing tags from @Gr1pr in particular. It was @Coupon-mad's that alerted me. Anyway Thank you @BTS_mom for the copy of your NoD. I can now get this counted in the DCBL Legal thread of shame.👍
