Out of contract termination fee

I've changed my business broadband and phone from BT to other companies (saving of over 50%). I was a bit slow in changing after my BT contract ended, finding the cheapest that covered my area and would supply a business took a bit of doing. So stayed with BT for a couple of months out of contract.
I received my final bill and there is an £18 "Charge for ceasing Superfast Essential (SOGEA)". If I'm out of contract and moving the service, not ending it, can they charge this?

What does the contract say. As this was for business consumer rights don't come into it.2
