The fragrance shop - 3+ months still no refund

Can anyone give me advice on what to do next please? I bought an item from the fragrance shop as a Christmas present. I paid online and money was taken out of my account. However, they also took it out of a Klarna account, hence I was charged twice. I contacted klarna and the fragrance shop, Klarna stated it wasn’t anything to do with them and to contact the fragrance shop. Since then 20th December 2024, I have emailed them numerous times (26 times to be precise) and they have either ignored me or just told me they are waiting for a response from the investigation team. I recontacted them and they said they will look into it and then they just ignore me. The most recent email they told me I needed to wait 24-48 hours and they would update me, that was 4 days ago. I really am unsure what to do next hence why I am reaching out on here!

Since you have evidence that you paid for the item by Klarna, raise a dispute with your bank.
Don't dither much longer though, you only have a total of 120 days from purchase to commence a chargeback.1 -
