Never seen it done. These roboclaims are like a conveyor belt of files so more than likely yours would be marked 'lost at hearing'.

If the judge's order was a strike out, I can't see how an amended claim would circumvent that. The original order would have given them the chance to file amended particulars if that had been the judge's wish.

I have engaged with them and signed the witness statement and was told they will be attending the hearing. However after 2 months today I received Notice of Issue of Warrant of Control letter.

I have never received the judgement and hearing letters.

I’m a bit stressed what to do now. They are not so easy to reach out and I’m concerned I will be run out of time and have to pay over £500.

It could be a typical scam letter not in relation to this case as the timings dont make sense or it could be genuine and first time i would ever see a county court bailiff warrant in relation to a parking case but need to check first!

My personal details are there which makes me think it could be genuine? It also has Carflow as the creditor. And all the claim number and case reference. It asks me to pay to the court which has the correct court address and phone number.

The witness statement was signed in early April and since then I have heard nothing.

Even if is genuine county court bailiffs they are easily dealt with.

Also chase the company you used

Again if genuine only a small parking firm would use such enforcement I have never seen in over 14 years of dealing with parking cases

This is unheard of.

Never seen this done for under £600 and I don't understand how you have a CCJ if CL applied for a strike out over a year ago (your thread is from April 2025).

You need to speak to Contestor Legal urgently but please show us the Hearing Order. Is the hearing to set aside the CCJ or to strike out the claim?

I engaged with them back in April 2025 and was referred to engaged with SAZ Solicitor. Since then I have been chasing for an update and only heard from them in April 2026 requested to sign a witness statement and was told there is an upcoming hearings.

I have not received any hearing order or any letter other than the initial claim form.
