ACROSS DAYTIME PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

●    The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

●    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WINNER or PRIZE or APP to 62525; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website. By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of a seven (7) night holiday to Walt Disney World Resort Florida (the “Disney Holiday”) and thirty-six thousand pounds (£36,000) cash (the “Cash”) (together referred to as the “Prize”).

 

(i)    Disney Holiday:

 

The Disney Holiday includes one (1) package holiday consisting of seven (7) nights and eight (8) days to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for one (1) winner of the Prize Draw and three (3) accompanying guests, in total four (4) persons. This includes up to four (4) return Business Class airfares between a major international airport closest to winner's residence in the UK and Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA, and up to four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida. The Disney Holiday also includes accommodation consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a Disney Resort hotel selected by Disney in its sole discretion, based on availability. The winner shall also receive four (4) 8-day park tickets with ‘Park Hopper Plus’ option and one (1) Disney gift card with a value of three thousand US dollars ($3,000) which can be used online, in-park and in-store. The Disney Holiday must be taken between 23 July 2025 and 23 July 2026. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 90 days out from preferred travel dates.

 

Any costs incurred in addition to the prize elements listed above shall be incurred at the winner’s and/or their guests’ expense, including but not limited to: UK transfers, meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes and all other charges and items not otherwise described in the above.

 

It is the Prize winner’s responsibility to take out before travelling adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Disney Holiday. The Prize Provider shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the winner’s failure to take out adequate insurance cover.

 

The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same route. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 21 or over.

 

The winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid-19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time. It is the winner and their guests’ responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.

 

Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Prize Provider.

 

The Disney Holiday and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute elements of the Disney Holiday with another element of equal or greater value or postpone the trip due to any extraordinary circumstances outside of the Prize Provider’s control, including but not limited to the closure of Walt Disney World Resort. In such circumstances, the Prize Provider will use best endeavours to reschedule the Disney Holiday at a date that is convenient for the winner. Where the Disney Holiday cannot be rescheduled, the Prize Provider will offer the winner a cash alternative to the value of the original Disney Holiday.

 

Once the booking is confirmed, the winner and their guests are subject to the travel conditions of the airline.

 

At present, to gain entry into a Walt Disney World Theme Park, advance registration is required. It is the winner and their guests’ responsibility to make reservations for the theme parks that they wish to visit using the Disney Park Pass Reservation System. The recipient must make a separate reservation for each date they plan to visit, even with a multi-day ticket at each theme park they wish to attend. The Prize Provider cannot be held responsible for the winner’s failure to make reservations and will not be able to change travel dates once travel costs have been incurred.

 

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. The Prize Provider is not responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.

 

(ii)    Cash:

 

The Cash prize consists of thirty-six thousand pounds (£36,000) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
