Whats next?
after numerous letters from various companies about the stopping charge at gateway house in Manchester I've now received a 30 day notice of court action!
The incident happened in 2021 and I've ignored all correspondence from them.
I am willing to go to court but what do I need and how do I win without a solicitor?

We can't find any evidence of UKCPS taking court action for this site. Presumably too much of a nice cash cow to risk a court loss.

You could reply to the Letter using the standard template, if only to let them know any court claim would be defended. 

If they did make a court claim all the instructions and standard defence are in the Newbie stickie. You do not need a solicitor.

At this site you have to stop to turn round or stop at the zebra crossing, so it's a garbage contract.

Nothing new or concerning, You don't need a solicitor. Just search the forum for:

So after my letter of claim in April I copied a letter from this site plus added my own little text about time, proof ,correspondence, and posted signed for to the address stated. 

I’ve heard absolutely nothing so fingers crossed that’s it. 2021 this happened so for everyone on here with a similar issue with Gateway house in Manchester or any other issue, fight it don’t give up and pay.

I gather they won’t contact me to say they are not taking the matter any further, but for now I think it’s over?
