DBC LEGAL - advice on wording defence

Hello I have a DBC LEGAL LTD claim form, have done the acknowledgement of service step and I am in the process of writing my defence and have 8 days left.
This was a case that these morons installed cameras at the entrance of and estate but inside that estate there is a powerleague football facilities with their own authorized car park and that is were my car was parked.
everyone from the powerleague who drove there started getting fines which were cancelled on appeal (obviously the morons made loads of money of people that get scared and pay) I always appealed but apparently one week I missed one and here we are.
Any advice on what thread would apply best for me to write on the 3rd paragraph of my defence or how should I word it.
Ps: cant find --'if you have a DCB Legal Claim you can copy the new 'Regarding the POC...' paragraph 3 from the thread by @shahib_02 ' and is it relevant to my case.

Post the issue date from the claim form,  plus post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first 

The defence by shahib is in their thread,  just click on the username above,  look at the topics they posted , click on the recent court claim one from a few months ago,  if your POC and case matches theirs, but dcb legal recently changed their POC to contravention date,  not the older issue date,  so study post 2 in the newbies sticky thread plus the first 2 posts in the defence template thread,  both are in announcements

You've read the Template Defence thread, so you'll have already seen the special beginning five paragraphs for these specific cases.

If you didn't, read the first post of it again because you're looking at the wrong version.

Show us the POC please.

So it says ISSUED and a date,  but I doubt that any pcn was issued on that day,  so use a similar paragraph 3

You have not stated who the claimant parking company is  either

You won't be using the special (Chan & Akande) start to the defence, just the usual Template Defence.

if I did the acknowledge on 1/04/2025 does it mean I have until 22/04/2025 to submit defence? 
I am waiting for a confirmation from the parking firm at the powerleague facilities.
I have email proof from the powerleague that my team had a game that evening.

so I use template defence and describe on paragraph 3  that I deny parking within Ethelred estate and that claimant is well aware that people access powerleague facilities through the estate. In this way scamming/intimmidating powerleague facilities users to pay a fine or risk court. ?

Issue date 19th March,  so deadline date is 4pm 33 days later,  so 21st of April at 4pm, but as its a bank holiday it will be Tuesday 22nd of April at 4pm

Show us the sign there if you can go get pics. Also get one close up of signage INSIDE the car park: t&c words including name of parking operator and pics of the entrance (likely no clear signs).

Was a windscreen PCN affixed on the day?

this is the entrance as you can see there is parking inside the Trust that is not operated by thisclaimant

Sadly that doesn't help with what we wanted to see. We wanted to see which company name was on the sign. Never mind.
