Gap in fence

There is a gap in one of the fence panels. How can I fix it please. The panel is becoming a little shaky.

Nail a feather edge board to cover the gap. If you can't get a single board from B&Q or similar, a local fencing company may be willing to sell you a single.2

There is also a screw that looks like it should be tightened in the picture.2
