Dell giving me runaround... help on spec

    I wouldn't agree with not phoning up and buying online instead, simply because there's no space for negotiation online, obviously if your not the sort of person who's able to say "I want that but for this price" then that's not a problem but when i bought from dell last year I used the quidco "discounted" price as my absolute highest price i was willing to pay but aimed a lot lower and ended up getting just shy of 15% off as opposed to the 5% i'd have got back through quidco.
