I’ve just read and responded on your live case thread. I don’t see any indication there of any counterclaim opportunity. Your standard Defence cost schedule is not a counterclaim item, and does not require a fee to be paid to attach the schedule to your Defence.Adrian1999 said:Le_Kirk said:Have you posted on this thread (from April last year) to ask a question or give an opinion? If the former, you should start your own thread with some details.
I do have a live case. My intention is a genuine question to understand what the OP did here.Umkomaas said:Do you have a current live case, or is this a hypothetical question? What would you be counterclaiming for?
I came across this thread as part of research for my WS. Sorry, my inherent nature is the need to understand or at least be able follow along. I hate being uninformed when discussing topics. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The OP has not been on the forum since October last year and may not have seen your question; you could try a DM using the envelope symbol at top right.3
