MSE is guessing. M&S is not. They don't want you for some reason that MSE doesn't filter for.
Presumably you've looked at your credit history to check there's nothing nasty lurking - CCJs for a missed PCN are the most common culprit in my opinion.
But look to see what else there is - are you registered to vote? Constantly maxing your overdraft? Have lots of other credit - whether you are using it or not? Don't forget the motor insurance paid monthly and phone contract are credit as well.
And supposedly there's a reason for wanting a 0% deal. Maybe they can spot a bad patch that isn't obvious to others??I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I applied, it went to review and to get back to me in 5 days?
It did ask for my mothers maiden name, a credit limit proposal from me and a password, so maybe thats a good sign0 -

I got 15 months at 0% instead of 24 months with a limit of 6k which isn't great, so decided to try NatWest and got 0% for 20 months with a 8k limit too. So that'll do for the next couple of years!0
