Advice for payment??

Parkingeye served court notice for PCN issued in October 2024. I defended and replied to the court. Court sent to parking eye, now they send me a letter for settlement and asking £70 within 14 days  instead of cancelling the notice/claim. Because I parked in 20 free bay and moved within 20 minutes with 10 minutes grace time. Now one day left. What should I have to do?

Show us the defence you put in, exact wording please.

And the PCN if you have it.

And the POC (left hand side of claim form)

Always cover up your data, PCN ref, Claim number & VRM.

Sounds like they realise they are on shaky ground and making a last ditch attempt to get something out of you before they withdraw.
What term or condition exactly were they claiming you broke as you haven't indicated.
What does the POC state on their claim?

The website confirms the following so if you were at the drop off for under 20mins they have messed up:

But their other instructions talk about ANPR capturing vehicle images and up to 2 hours is chargeable:

The two don't tally but the more favourable term in favour of the consumer overrides, I think Parking Eye realise they might lose this and if you say take me to SCC they will back down, unless the original NTK and POC state something you aren't telling us

I'd ignore it. They may well discontinue.

Following post 4 of 16th April 2025 05.47am, someone advised on same day at 11:11am I'd ignore it. They may well discontinue.
Now I have received another letter of General Form of Judgment or Order with advice to fill Form N180 (Directions Questionnaires) sent it before 20th May 2025 I need urgent advice in filling the form N180 particularly section D, E and F.
What to do and how do I resolve this claim?
    What is next step?

I correctly told you to ignore ParkingEye's letter. You are asking about something different and it looks like you either ignored or didn't receive the copy of the N180 sent to you by the CNBC.

You can check in MCOL when the CNBC reckon they posted your copy to you in April but the bottom line is: of course you must complete & email back your N180 or you lose by default (this is in the first 12 steps of the Template Defence thread along with the exact email to send it to. This a normal, expected stage).

You need to fill the question boxes in, as explained in the second post of the NEWBIES thread. Covers it all.
