Not aloud to do a balance transfer on my credit card.

I need advice please.  I have a capital on tap credit card I got for my company, that’s now gone in to voluntary liquidation. I am a personal guarantee. I got a 0% credit card to pay this off but capital in tap are saying that do not except balance transfers only payments via bacs. And if I do not make the payment when it’s due my credit will go in to default. I have great credit and never miss a personal payment for credit and I’m so cross I’m in this situation. But I do not understand why they do not accept balance transfers u fund this very strange. Advice needed I can get a loan but I will have interest. Many thanks

If you can get a 0% credit card that allows money transfers, you can use that to get money into your bank account and pay your original card with that.  Just make sure you pay it off in the 0% period to avoid paying interest.
