Walk away, pay nothing, otherwise why did you CCA them?

    Why waste your money?

Eventually it will become statute barred, paying £5 a month for however long is just pointless.

Please pay nothing, until they come up with some documentation that meets legal requirements.

It may well be statute barred by then, so it's important that you do not acknowledge the debt by payment or in writing.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
  • @sourcrates @RAS. Thanks will do, I assume if the do suddenly find documentation that meets the requirement they have to notify me before any court action so I could just start paying them then?

Well their loss, typical money greedy US company
