The OP seems to have been in correspondence for several months. I would go straight to the Ombudsman
(I did recently for a Business Utility complaint - they just didn't want to talk. EO discission in my favour and the supplier has coughed up for failed metering appointments and a goodwill pament)Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

The wording seems to suggest that if the issue (and complaint) arose prior to April 1st, the EO wouldn't get involved.
Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -
The EO took on board my complaint which originated pre Dec 19th.
If I were the Op I would register my complaint with the EO and formally write to the supplier advising them that you had done so. Nothing to loose.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
Thank you, I think the energy ombudsman will be my next avenue. I was also under the impression they wouldn't intervene in issues pre-dating 1st April. It's encouraging to hear that they have in your case @robin9.
I have given the estate management one more chance, by requesting some specific information. If I don't hear back this week I will raise a formal complaint with both organisations and see where that takes us.0
