The following inclusions and exclusions apply to the cruise prize:
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value, if you do not redeem the prize as featured (the Best Of Dalmatia Cruise departing Dubrovnik 30 August 2025) no cash amount or substitute services will be offered or can be claimed.

The Prize includes: One double or twin share Cabin, for two adults, aboard the Ms Diamond Best Of Dalmatia Cruise (only) departing Dubrovnik on Saturday 30 August 2025 (only). Return economy airfares from select UK airports to Croatia as outlined below. The value of the prize is approx. £4600 (based on the cost of a lower deck cabin). The cabin allocated will be "Run Of House" meaning the best available cabin (lower or main deck) will be allocated to the winner on embarkation in Dubrovnik.

The Best of Dalmatia cruise includes: arrival and departure transfers, half-board meals (breakfast & lunch) daily plus two dinners, port taxes, tourist fees, walking tours. Please CLICK HERE to see the full cruise details including cabin images, itinerary, walking tours included, and exclusions.

Airfares included: Return economy flights from the following UK cities to Croatia: London or Bristol or Manchester or Edinburgh (only). The flight tickets will be for economy class travel for two adults, including airline taxes and checked baggage (1 bag per person) in-line with the airlines baggage policy. The airline used/booked for the included flights will be at the sole discretion of Cruise Croatia. The departure city offered will be the closest to your home address. Note - if London is the city used the exact airport will be at the sole discretion of Cruise Croatia (Luton or Gatwick or Heathrow).

The prize promotion excludes: Travel to and from your home to the airport for the included flights (Travel to/from London, Bristol, Manchester or Edinburgh airports is at your own expense). Meals other then those listed above and as indicated on the Best Of Dalmatia cruise page. Travel insurance. Gratuities on board the cruise. Associated costs such as visa's or passport fees. Any pre or post cruise accommodation in Croatia. All other costs associated with redemption of the prize and your travel to and from Croatia, not explicitly referred to as included.

Can we transfer the prize to family or friends?
The prize is non-transferable, the cabin will be booked in the prize winners name (as per the entry form).
Can we travel on an alternate cruise booked with Cruise Croatia?
Unfortunately not, the prize is valid for use (redemption) on the "Best Of Dalmatia" cruise only.
Can we travel on an alternate date?
The prize is valid for the Best Of Dalmatia cruise aboard the Ms Diamond departing Dubrovnik Saturday 30 August 2025. If the prize winner is unable to travel on this date, it maybe possible, on request, to travel on an alternate departure of the Best Of Dalmatia cruise (only) in 2025. This would be subject to cabin availability and at the sole discretion of Cruise Croatia. No guarantee can be made.
