Hi, Im in the process of changing my car. In January I started my policy on my current car. I have seen, test driven and want to buy this newer car due to been bigger and more family based than my old car. I did an insurance check through moneysupermarket to see how much and the cheapest qoute is with my current insurance policy Aviva Zero which i was happy paying. However, I checked the qoute when changing the car on my policy and I'd be paying an extra £60 a month than the quoted price on moneysupermarket. Should I cancel my insurance policy and go with the comparison site or should I call them and see what they can do? I need a bit of advice if anyone has had this.

Do Aviva Zero do phone calls? Thought they were another online only brand from Aviva? If they do then call them and see what they can do re the MTA price and confirm with them the cancellation of the existing policy so you can then make your choice.0 -

The cancellation policy stated its only a £58 fee but im still doing research on the little print to make sure its only that fee i pay.0 -
They are a direct insurer so would be surprised if there are many more fees0
