Love Holidays - Refund Rights?

Hi, was wondering if anyone might know or have been in a similar situation. 

We booked a Corfu holiday with Loveholidays. The hotel had raving reviews on trip advisor, but we unfortunately had a not so great experience and were left disappointed. The hotel took on our feed back and offered a refund. They will refund to loveholidays, so I am assuming we now need to contact loveholidays to try to get them to pass on the refund to us?

Yes, your contract was with Love Holidays not the hotel. It would have been better to resolve the issue while you were there and take the refund in cash or CC as you may well find that the actual daily rate being paid by Love Holidays is a lot lower than you thought and unless a fixed amount was agreed, offering 2 days refund, or whatever it happened to be, may be less than you expect, and Love Holidays may also charge an admin fee for the work!
