Please can you have a look at my WS?

Should I wait for them to submit their WS first?
Thanks!0 -
What's the point? The order from the court said:
"Notice of trial date
- dated 13/11/2025
- set for 10am on 10/06/2026
- set at county court chosen by defendant at previous stage
- claimant to pay court fee of £27 by 4pm on 13/05/2026 or the claim will be struck out with effect from 13/05/2026
- the parties should seek to agree an indexed, paginated electronic bundle. One party (the claimant in default of agreement otherwise) shall email it to the court and the other parties no less than 3 days and no more than 7 days before the hearing date."
So you wait and see if the fee is paid first - set a reminder.
In the unlikely event they have not already discontinued the claim, you then have a couple of weeks to get the WS completed and for DCB Legal to send the bundle to the court.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

Thanks - yes I agree but the Notice of allocation to small claims track (hearing) states that by 4pm on 11/12/2025 the parties are to send to the court and send to each other a bundle containing the documents on which they intend to rely at the trial0
-
So they will discontinue within 2 weeks, as I said:Coupon-mad said:Good!
Discontinued next week or the week after. When it is, please please show us the NoD when it is emailed to you by DCB Legal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But it also stated: -kryten3000 said:What's the point? The order from the court said:

It's a long timetable, which we know causes DCB Legal to throw in the towel. It's almost as if the judge has come across hundreds of their robo claims before and put it right at the end of their list, because they know it won't happen.
I'd just go off this: - by 4pm on 11/12/2025 the parties are to send to the court and send to each other a bundle containing the documents on which they intend to rely at the trial.3 -
Thanks - yes I will go by the 11/12/2025 date. Hopefully they discontinue before then, but if not then I have the WS ready (at least a draft) to submit.Car1980 said:It's a long timetable, which we know causes DCB Legal to throw in the towel. I have not received a letter of discontinuation so it looks like I will need to submit my WS.
Any comments on my draft?
