Microsoft 365 Family - Sharing

Hello Forumites,
I wonder whether you can assist.
I have a Microsoft Account with "Microsoft 265 Family" subscription.
This allows the account to be shared with up to five others.
I only ever had the account shared with my wife. It has been working well for over two years.
For some reason today, my wife's PC came up saying the subscription was expired.
I went to check my account (renewal due November 2025) and share with my wife confirmed.
Did a reboot of my wife's PC - no change.
Removed the sharing and then re-shared. No change.
Can anyone suggest what I should try next please?

Can you just add her again, Microsoft are funny about when you last used it or logged in on a specific device.0

What does it say if you go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/details#
I take it the actual Windows installation is correctly authenticated.0 -
I tried just adding her again, but no success. It said already shared with her.
I then removed her sharing and tried again from new. No block but no success.
The Windows installation has been working for the past two years - all factory install on a new machine in December 2023. The MS Office was also working. Then today, she cannot use MS Office, it requests a pass key.
This is what the account shows:

I have the same issue. Microsoft have acknowledged there is a problem with their servers today and the sharing has affected users worldwide.
I suggest visiting Microsoft's Support Portal online and checking for updates. The next one is due about 4.30pm today but MS are aware and currently working on a fix.2 -
Aaah - thanks.
I did not realise there was a wider-spread issue.
My wife has just gone back on her computer and it seems to be working - as even she said "time seems to be a healer".
Anyway, all working now, so all is good.
On a similar subject, does anyone know how to disable the "copilot" big box pop up that springs into place every time I start any programme recently. It is more annoying than that clippit paperclip of the olden days. I don't mind being offered a new feature, but I do mind having to close it on every use.1 -
You are lucky. Still not working for me. Hoping it is fixed overnight.0
