I keep getting booted off the site, for no apparent reason. Is anyone else having trouble with the site today?

It often does that even on a good day.

I was having problems logging in a couple of days ago, and their Twitter (X) site were very helpful.

I first registered with NSandI in 2011 when my husband died and they suggested going online.   In 14 years I have never, ever been able to log in.   At first kept saying I was not registered, in 2012 they had sorted it out - not.  Over the years I tried, requested help and then just gave up until the next time.  Now I have had a mailing about having any premium bond winnings paid into my bank.  Apparently it is easy as I am registered with them!  Except I cannot remember my password and although it shows my phone number to send a code to when I confirm the number I get "A phone number is mandatory".   It is there on the site linked to my account.   So now I have to ring them up to get them to sort it yet again and what are the chances they will ask for details I cannot remember!   It is the only bank I have ever had trouble with signing into online service.
