    My defence was received on 01/05/2025. 

    Is there anything I can do or just simply wait?

    If that is the last entry in the MCOL claim history,  then it's keep waiting,  keep checking MCOL claim history weekly

    You dont wait you forget about it for now
    You may well never get a response. Its simply forgotten about by the client /claimant and unless you move or hear anything else you do nothing 

    Nor do you need to ask this question in 3 months time
