Nationwide Switch Bonus Payment

My switch completed on the 26th March 2025 and all of the criteria was met on 31st March 2025.  I assume i'll recevied my bonus 10 days after the 31st as per their t&c's.  Is this calendar days or working days? Thanks

IMO, it's calendar days unless they specificully say 'business'.

Switcher offer states:

After you’ve completed all these steps, we’ll pay £150 into your eligible account within 30 calendar days.

Switcher offer states:

The T&C's say the following - 30 calendar days is the latest date you can meet the requirments.  My query was does the 10 days mean calendar days or working days.  I met all of the requirements on the 31st March.

When I will receive the payment and how it will appear on my statement?

13. We will credit the payment to the current account that you switched into within 10 days of all the requirements being met.
14. The offer payment will appear on your statement as ‘Switching Offer’.

I opened a joint account last month. The switch completed on the 10th March and I was paid the £175 on the 20th March. Having already received the incentive for a sole account, i wasn’t sure that I would also receive it for the joint account.
