Panicking - following forum as much as I can

Hello! Long story short. Got pcn with UKCPM. Genuinely was not my fault. Gladstone have my emai Due to the actual landlord trying to cancel with gladstones and Gladstone declining to.
ANYWAY.. They emailed me LBC and advised, ‘ We are also hereby reissuing the Letter Before Claim, see attached.‘ in body of mail back in Jan 2025.
I replied with the robust email as per the forum inc. the reasons why driver is not being accepted at fault along with all the proof to show the landlord actually trying to cancel the ticket. This is the template that notes them (gladstones) not to give me their usual ‘blather’.
They have replied back a few days ago and advised the following:
‘Good Afternoon,
We write further to your email.
May we take the opportunity to thank you for your patience whilst awaiting a response.
Your comments have been noted, however our Clients position remains the same.
As this is a generic template readily available on the internet, it is not our intention to reply substantively to the content.
Our Client is therefore satisfied the case against you should proceed unless the debt owing of £170.00 is discharged in full. To ensure no further action is taken, you should make payment on or before X April 2025.
If you do not make payment, we are instructed to issue legal proceedings to recover the outstanding balance in full. Should it become necessary to issue legal proceedings, we suggest you follow the steps on the claim form upon receipt of the same.
Payment can be made to the account detailed as follows:
Gladstones Solicitors Ltd
Barclays Bank
Account Number: 33028712
Sort Code: 20-24-09
Please quote the above reference number 104294.149413 when making payment to ensure the payment can be allocated correctly.
For the avoidance of doubt, we confirm we will not accept any further submissions from you.
Kind Regards’
My confusion is now that I cannot find what I do at this stage. They have not attached any form or anything else. From what I DO understand.. I Dont need to do anything further UNTIL they THEN do advise of a court date/or I get a date from the court direct?
Is this correct? Apologies.

You are nowhere near getting a court date. First they have to file a claim against you. Then the court office known as the CNBC will send you the claim form. Then you respond to the claim form within the generous time limits. After that you will fill in a form known as a directions questionnaire. Then you have an entirely pointless 5 minute phone call with a court appointed mediator in which you offer to pay £0.00. Many months after all that palaver you will get your court date. There is detailed step by step guidance in the Newbies thread about how to deal with each step and you can come back here for answers to specific questions as they arise. It’s a good plan to post the first page of your claim form here as soon as you receive it. Make sure to obliterate your name, address, vehicle number and the CNBC password, but leave all dates showing.4

why did your vehicle receive a parking charge notice in the first place?
is this a residential/own space parking space issue?
was/is the assumed driver a tenant on that site?

As mentioned above, it's not as simple as you made out, it's a multistage process over around 12 months

Your case is currently at the Letter of Claim ( LBC ) stage, prior to any MCOL court claim being issued, so partway through the stages
Dealing with an actual court, your local civil court, is more than three quarters down the list, so towards the end stages1 -

Thank you kindlyPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
