Hi,
I recently appealed to Smart Parking using the general template, and I received a response, which I’ve attached. I’m a bit confused about the next steps, even after reviewing the "newbies" guide, as it doesn’t seem to be a letter of claim. Could you please assist me with what to do next?

Obviously, you ignore that letter and while you await your POPLA Code, you can read some Smart threads and find the winning one-liner.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
