0% balance transfer-no fee-longer term?

I have a couple of credit cards due to expire their current 0% deal in September. We will be looking transfer the natwest at 7k as we will have paid barclaycard by then. I have an offer of santander £3 a month card, balance transfer 0% for 15 months, or tesco 31 months with a 3.45% fee. Not sure whether to go for the longer term to save messing about and transferring again in a year? Or to apply for the santander and pay as much as possible to transfer again in 15 months? We do have another big balance (currently 7k) due to expire may 2026. So both balances will need to be transferred around the same time if not paid off. Thoughts?
